Adform
Activation

Activating your audience in Adform is done by adding postal codes to your line items.

 

You can add it to Adform by either utilizing the API or manually uploading postal codes.

 

Follow the step-by-step guide to:

  • Adform Activation through API

  • Adform Activation through upload

 

Every click is highlighted with the colour red.

✓ Remove other geo-targeting options before using the API

 

✓ Save and publish your audience before using the API

 

✓ Refresh your page after you have pushed the audience with the API

Adform Activation Through API
Step #1 Pick Tab

On the platform activation overview, pick "Adform".

Step #2 Connect API

Use your Adform credentials to sign in and connect the API.

Step #3 Pick Line Item

Use the dropdown to:

  1. Pick the Campaign

  2. Pick the Line item. This is where the postal codes will be added. You can see it in the geo-targeting section

  3. Click "Push" to add them

Here, you can see the postal codes added to your line item.

Adform Activation Through Upload
Step #1 Go To Postal Codes

On the platform activation overview, click on

"Postal Codes".

Step #2 Download CSV File

Click on the "Download .csv button".

You now download a .csv file with all the postal codes.

 

Attention: If you are opening the file in Excel you might change the formatting.

 

We advise you to right-click on the file and open it in either NotePad (Windows) or TextEdit (Mac).

Step #3 Go To Adform Line Item

Now, go to your Adform line item.

 

Go to the Targeting section, that’s where you are adding geo-targeting.

Step #4 Postal Codes

Click on the "Postal Codes button".

You need to specify a country before you add your postal codes.

Step #5 Paste & Add

Now, paste in your postal codes.

 

Then simply click "Add" and your postal codes will be added to your line item.
